Stratford Complete TV Subscribers…… A reminder that we are upgrading our cable system tonight. There will be a brief service interruption around midnight when the boxes reboot. This will likely take several minutes. Once complete, your boxes should restore. They will have a different look and some enhanced functionality than before. In many instances, the channel numbers have changed. The new lineup went out with June statements. It is linked on the Stratford “Services” page or view it here:ChannelLineup_Brochure_2023.online . We are also making it available in our photo library on Facebook. Tonight’s maintenance effects Stratford only. Story City, Ridgeport, and Fraser are planned for tomorrow night. Additional messaging will go out before maintenance begins and after completed. Please call our office to report any boxes that don’t reboot or any other service related issues. Thanks!
