UPDATED: SERVICE RESTORED Damaged aerial cable in Jewell causing service issues on 4-25-24

Update 4:30pm: Service is now restored to all Jewell customers! Earlier today a tractor travelling under one of our aerial lines snagged it and caused extensive damage. Our technicians have been working to repair it all afternoon and repairs are now complete. Please reboot any equipment that may still be affected and give us a call at 515-838-2390 if your service still isn’t working after a reboot. Thank you!
