MAINTENANCE ALERT!
We will be performing network maintenance this week that may briefly impact all services. To minimize the impact to our customers, this work is being completed in a maintenance window. Work will begin Friday, 10/21 at 12:01 am. The work is not expected to take very long, but you may experience sporadic periods of connectivity from 12:00am to 2:00am. Our help desk will have regular updates on the progress and will be standing by to take any calls.

Fiber Optics Construction Continues
We will be expanding fiber optics services for internet, telephone and TV throughout rural Story City, rural Stratford, Fraser and Ridgeport. While we are installing the main optical fiber cable, we need your authorization if you MAY want service in the future. Authorization does not obligate you to use our services, but gives you access in the future, with no construction cost.
