Cable TV Service Issue Update for Gilbert, Jewell, and Roland

Due to equipment failure after a power outage in our office early this morning, customers in Gilbert, Jewell, and Roland may have noticed missing channels on their cable TV lineups today. This issue has been mostly resolved and the vast majority of your channels are working again. If you are still receiving a message that says “No Signal Lock, Retrying” on your TV, you need to reboot your set top box. You can reboot your box by either pressing and holding the button on the front of the box until you see “Entone” on your screen or unplugging the power cord for the set top box and plugging it back in again. After you reboot, the box will go through a start up process that takes a few moments to complete.
